My First Attempt at a Keto Reeses Fat Bomb

I needed a Keto Fat Bomb and though I would use the ingredients I had laying around. I have some tahini, macadamia nuts, almond flour, cocoa butter, coconut oil and cacao powder. So let’s use em and make something that solves my problem. Oh and the result? Each cup contains 14 grams of fat! Of the total cup 93.3% is pure fat, 1 gram carbs, 1 gram protein, 132 calories, and 0 Glycemic load!! Success!

2tsp Vanilla Extract
1/2 cup Cocoa Butter
1/4 cup Cacao Powder

1tbsp Tahini
3oz Macadamia Nuts
1tbsp Almond Flour
1/2tbsp Coconut Oil

Put the Cacao Butter Cacao Powder and Vanilla Extract in a small sauce pan on low heat till the cacao butter melts, then mix the ingredients. Remove from heat and allow to cool.

In a small mixing bowl, mix the coconut oil, tahini, almond flour, and macadamia nut grounds. Put the nut dough in the freezer to chill.

Pour a small amount of the cold chocolate mix in each mini cupcake cup. Put the cupcake try in the freezer. Roll the nut dough between to sheets of wax paper, then roll up and put in the freezer to harden.
After 10 minutes pull the nut dough from the freezer and cut circles out and place it in the cupcake cups on top of the bottom chocolate layer.
Then cover the nut dough with the remaining chocolate mix. Done! Bitter sweet and yummy nutty, fatty goodness.
